The contract is let on a JTC measured term basis with a 2 year fixed term with 2 x 1 year extension options. There is no volume or workflow guarantee but indicatively it is anticipated that orders for works between £0.01 and £1m per annum will be issued under this contract. This underlying contract is awarded via direct selection from Lot 3A - Adaptation Works (Yorkshire & Humber) of the EN:Procure Framework Agreement Installation, Servicing, Maintenance and Repair Works (GEN4) dated 26th February 2024
