23abb51c-ed28-4d83-9643-20710b847767-103610Lancaster City Council (LCC) are considering Unified Communications (UC) solutions and the benefits, savings and efficiencies these could offer. As part of the UC project we are looking to replace our existing 3Com VOIP PBX system with a new system that will form the backbone of a UC platform and that will provide us with the features and integration we require whilst also providing savings on call costs and improvements in efficiency from more agile methods of working. The implementation of the new system must be complete by the 31st of December 2016.
