666dfccf-0fa0-4737-82d7-ef335ebbb86e-171298The Council has identified from various sources, a number of sites and existing residential/non-residential accommodation (termed "Opportunities") that it considers may have the potential to be developed to provide new, additional residential accommodation, thereby increasing the overall supply of new residential accommodation in the Royal Borough. These Opportunities are generally small to medium scale, and range from existing brownfield sites, infill or "Hidden Homes" type sites, to small individual blocks or groups of blocks of unsuitable existing residential accommodation and non-residential facilities (e.g. community or commercial). The Council has identified between 20 and 30 such Opportunities, and upon appointment, the Council will provide the Consultant with full details of each of these Opportunities. Contract has been awarded for a period of 3 months with an option to extend for up to 6 weeks.
