1ce9880d-7d6c-4a44-98c5-33d0e59d1ef9-812127Torquay has had a seasonal Observation Wheel attraction since 2015. This process is to procure a seasonal Observation Wheel from March 2024. The Operator has the option to provide a bar and food outlet onsite, associated with the Observation Wheel. If a bar and or food outlet is provided the Operator must also provide suitable portable toilets including an accessible toilet, as well as a waste management plan.
