12509d71-3039-4d48-959f-f8d85055d84f-103720The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea would like to provide its customers with a new platform to make payments for council services using two automated payment machines. These machines will enable customers to make payments for key services without the need to visit the Cashier’s Office. Customers will have the same payment options as they currently do at the Cashier’s Office, but will have the ability to self-serve. The machines will be located within the Customer Service Centre in Kensington Town Hall, Hornton Street, London, W8 7NX and be accessible during usual opening hours. Additional information: The Council requires wants to receives tenders based on outright purchase as well as 3 and 5 year leases. In all cases, support, maintenance and banking services will be required. The contract start date is an estimate. The successful tenderer will be required to liaise with the Council's facilities management contractor over the installation of the machines
