It is an expectation of BCH that this contract will result in a significant level of social value outcomes. This procurement is being undertaken in accordance with Article 20 of the Public Contract Directives and as such is reserved to those operators whose main aim is the social and professional integration of disabled and disadvantaged persons provided at least 30% of employees are disabled or disadvantaged workers.
