The services will provide strategic direction, governance, coordination and delivery oversight across the TOM programme, ensuring successful transition to the future operating model whilst maintaining business-as-usual operations. The scope includes programme leadership, governance management, stakeholder coordination, risk and dependency management, reporting, programme controls, and decision-making support. The supplier will provide the overarching governance framework necessary to align all workstreams, maintain focus on strategic objectives and ensure effective delivery of the TOM programme.
