Blackpool Borough Council is an authorised participating Council. It is proposed to invite all consultants listed in Lot 7M (Engineering Advice and Services - Structural and Civil Engineering) to submit proposals for this work. . The nature of the work is such that it will require the successful consultant to demonstrate that they have considerable expertise and experience in undertaking post-tensioned special inspections, investigations and management planning of post-tensioned reinforced concrete bridges in accordance with DMRB standard CS 465 (The Management of Post-tensioned Concrete Bridges).
