e085c27e-7fd6-49b9-93ce-19bc0172c2a9-193174We are looking for a suitably experienced contractor(s) with expert knowledge of pay gaps and monitoring progress in the workplace for protected groups, to carry out a research project entitled Measuring and reporting on ethnicity and disability pay gaps. The project will seek to assess what are the most effective ways that employers can measure progress and pay in their workplace for people from ethnic minority groups and disabled people. The proposed methodology consists of a telephone survey of a sample of employers; a web-based review designed to identify good practice; and in-depth interviews with good practice organisations. We welcome proposals from potential contractors for this project. It is anticipated that the project will begin in December 2017 and be completed in March 2018. Further information about the project is contained in the project specification.
