While emphasis would be on administrative and technical support, the ideal solution may also be expected to offer support in other areas including but not limited to: • Investigation and resolution of module problems, • Report writing capability, • Upgrade planning and training, and • Knowledge transfer. This agreement will have an initial term of 24 months with one additional optional extension period of 12 months.
