The opportunity will be procured as four seperate Lots with no limit being placed on how many Lots a contractor can bid for or win. The Lots have been split in to the individual regions: o Lot 1: East o Lot 2: South o Lot 3: North West o Lot 4: Yorkshire The successful contractor(s) will have a proven track record of providing these works. The initial contract period will be 36 months, with the options to extend based on 2 x 12 month extension periods - subject to performance.
