Halton Borough Council are working in partnership with the Friends of Hough Green on the project. The works comprise external works to the green space to include; removal of the existing structures (fencing and benches); partial removal of existing tarmac surface and base course; supply and installation of steel knee rail; supply and laying of new resin bound gravel surfacing binder and surface courses to paths and a circular space; supply and install entrance stone piers and bollard; supply and install new benches and interpretation board; supply and install shrubs, bulbs, trees and ornamental planting.
