4f157ab1-d083-4495-84db-3bf4d1db0801-673198The Police, Fire and Crime for Staffordshire (the "Authority") is seeking service provider(s) with expertise in the provision of domestic abuse services. The domestic abuse services are procured by the Police, Fire and Crime for Staffordshire on behalf of the Police, Fire and Crime for Staffordshire, Staffordshire County Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council (together the "Commissioners"). The service will encompass support for victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse, with the objective of providing support to individuals (adults and children) affected by domestic abuse across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, with the aim of reducing occurrences of domestic abuse in these areas. The domestic abuse services have been divided into the Lots as set out in this paragraph. Tenderers may submit a Tender for one or both of the Lots (i.e. Lot A or Lot B or Lot A and Lot B) in accordance with this ITT, and there are no restrictions on the number of Lots to which a successful Tenderer can be appointed: Lot A - Victim Services (including adults and children); and Lot B - Perpetrator Services (including adults and children) The aim of this procurement is to commission an effective, consistent, coherent and coordinated domestic abuse service for victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse. The domestic abuse service model comprises the following elements, which are further defined in the Specification of the Invitation to Tender: Prevention (Tier 1) Early Intervention (Tier 2) Targeted Support (Tier 3 and Tier 4) The Services are procured in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, and specifically the light-touch regime (LTR) applies to the procurement of these Services and the Commissioners have designed the procurement process accordingly as set out in the Invitation to Tender.
