Additional information: The Works are to be procured via the OJEU 'Restricted Procedure' and as a result prospective Suppliers are required to complete and submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire to confirm their expression of interest. The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and guidelines as to how this will subsequently be evaluated can be accessed at http://procontract.due-north.com/register
