This analysis is used in monitoring and evaluation of the Bus Service Improvement Plan and Bus Fares Pilot - Government-funded schemes that we are required to report on. This survey is established annually and a single supplier exception is in place to allow the extension of this contract to covers years 2025, 2026 and 2027 survey - effective end date of final survey 31 March 2028
