008109-2025The scope of the Framework Agreement shall be to provide quantity surveying and project management services to support the delivery of a wide range, type and complexity of construction, maintenance and refurbishment projects. The projects will likely require the service of a Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager and will range from a value of approximately GBP20k to in excess of GBP100m. During the period of the intended framework agreement there is an annual expenditure programme of maintenance replacement works circa GBP3m to GBP5m and capital expenditure programme works of circa GBP8m plus the potential for large scale new build up to circa GBP30m annual expenditure.
