076254-2025The Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) (the 'Authority'), actively supported by the Royal Institute of British Architects ('RIBA') has concluded a procurement on behalf of the Grenfell Tower Memorial Commission ('GTMC') to secure multi-disciplinary design services from a multi-disciplinary design team (MDDT) to develop the design for the Grenfell Memorial. The lead designer awarded the contract is required to commence design activity at RIBA Stage 0 (Strategic Definition) to enable bereaved, survivors and immediate community to influence the development of design. The design will be iteratively developed under a community-led design process and the RIBA Plan of Work.
