074683-2025Leicester City Council ('the Authority') undertook a procurement process for the provision of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Paid Persons Representative (PPR) for Leicester. The procurement of this service has now concluded and the contract awarded. Services procured are as detailed in the tender documentation. The proposed Framework agreement will be for an initial period of 3 years to commence on 6th October 2025 to October 5th 2028 with an option to extend subject to satisfactory performance outcomes and agreement by the Authority, for period of one year to 5th October 2029, taking the framework agreement term to a maximum of 5 years.
