012615-2025TNI has a requirement for the provision of private coach hire services to facilitate a number of Familiarisation Trips and Business Events throughout each year. The service will entail the collection and transportation of persons as directed by TNI to and from various locations throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Tourism NI is now seeking to establish a contract to appoint Supplier(s) to provide coaching and transport services to help deliver it’s FAM trips and Business Events and achieve Tourism NI’s overarching objectives. The contract will be separated into Lots, one for each of the requirements below, which will be dictated by the FAM type and visitor and the business event requirements. Lot 1 Large Executive and Luxury Coaches Lot 2 Small to Medium Sized VIP and Executive Coaches There is no limit on the number of Lots a Tenderer can submit a tender for or can be awarded.
