016014-2025This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. <br/><br/>The contract award date is 17th April 2025, and the standstill period took place between 18th March 2025 and 28th March 2025. The business case included the recommendation to award the contract under Provider Selection Regime Process C and was approved by the ICB Enhanced Financial Scrutiny Panel on 23rd August 2024. The contract will be for one year from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026, with an optional one year extension until 31st March 2027. The value of the new contract is £93,068 per annum. Should the optional extension be used, the contract value for the two year period is £186,136.
