051414-2025The University of Warwick is seeking a Service Provider who can provide a micro-learning platform delivering up to four courses per academic year to staff and students with a focus on key Equality, Diversity and Inclusion topics (EDI thereafter), such as, harassment and sexual misconduct, Freedom of Speech, intersectionality, race, neurodiversity, socio-economic/class etc, via QR code, email or another innovative approach to engage all staff and students. The contract is intended to commence June 2025 and run initially for 3 year, with the potential to extend for a further 2 years (3+1+1), subject to performance. The University of Warwick is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and its procurement activities are not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the obligations under the European Public Procurement Directives, including the European Remedies Directive.
