023512-2025This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate the below-threshold contract award made by NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (NHS MSE ICB) (herein referred to as 'the Authority') for the provision of a Centralised Placement Management System (CPMS), in accordance with the Authority's local Standing Financial Instructions. The contract award is made to Quantum IT for the provision of CPMS. The contract period is for a total of 24 months, from the 16th April 2025 - 15th April 2027, with a maximum total aggregate contract value of £200,000 (inclusive VAT). This notice is being published to reflect the date by which the Authority has satisfied it's internal governance process and the Authority's signatures have been ascertained, not at the time of the proposed start-date of this contract. The Service to which this procurement relates fall within the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended by as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, (the "Regulations"). The Authority is publishing this Contract Award Notice in both the Find a Tender platform and Contracts Finder in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020) for spend above £30,000.00
