047223-2026YPO have appointed Suppliers onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the supply of Outdoor Furniture [for use primarily in the education market and local authority sectors. However private customers are also able to buy from YPO]. This Framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement for Suppliers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Supplier, but the Supplier delivers direct to the end customer.

Published 23 Sept 2025.Open supporting notice 059046-2025The Framework Agreement will cover the period from the 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2027 with one option to extend for an additional 24 months. The first decision to extend the Framework period will be taken by the end of September 2027 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the Framework Agreement to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO's contracting structures. The maximum Framework Agreement period will therefore be 4 years, from 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2029 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price re-establishment and KPI performance).
