GPHG may exercise the following options while the contract is valid: a) Successful suppliers may be invited to quote for installation works. b) Suppliers may deliver additional services/works or location that are in keeping with the nature of the contract for presently unknown variables, such as: > to support other departments within Great Places > to help to meet carbon net zero objectives > supporting any incoming or new regulatory and legislative changes > in cases of urgency > supply chain delays > in cases of an alternative contract failure or termination > in cases of GPHG staff absence or illness c) in the event GPHG acquires additional stock, e.g. through merger, contract or other acquisition, then GPHG reserves the right to extend the contract by a further period of 1 year and up to 50% value. d) All bids are to remain valid for a period of 6 months.
