080675-2025Citizen wishes to tender for the provision of a Principal Contractor to deliver works to upgrade the entrance areas at four of our retirement living schemes with external windows and doors, roof extension and pitched roof replacement and associated works at sites in Coventry. Two sites will have increased scooter store provision and Skipton Lodge will also have an existing office converted to a flat and to ensure that we receive an excellent service, which represents value for money.
