  Contract start date: 13/08/2025. To be reviewed initially after 6 weeks and then every 3 months. £260,000 - 12 months 24/7 1:1 for the first week's admission is needed as part of the transition. One to one provision is charged at a rate of £21.38 per hour and is in addition to the core weekly fee. However, whilst one to one is required, we will reduce the core weekly fee • One to one between 12hrs and 24hrs per day Charged per hour as required at a rate of £21.38 per hour Core weekly admission fee- discounted rate £4,000 per week • One to one hours between 06hrs and 11hrs per day Charged per hour as required at a rate of £21.38 per hour Core weekly admission fee- discounted rate £4,500 per week • One to one between 3hrs and 5hrs per day Charged per hour as required at a rate of £21.38 per hour Core weekly cost - discounted rate £5,000 per week Should the MDT successfully remove the one to one requirement, the core weekly admission fee will be £5,500 per week
