086166-2025This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention-to-award notice under the Most Suitable Provider process. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the Procurement Act 2023 / PCR 2015 do not apply. Publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period (beginning the day after publication). This notice supersedes Notice 2025/S 000-080757 (published 8 December 2025). The Trust now intends to award the externally commissioned element to Healios Limited (60 ASD assessments) and London Early Autism Diagnosis (LEAD) (100 ASD assessments) with an estimated contract value of £216,720. Any remaining assessments will be delivered in-house by the Trust.”
