060936-2026Eastleigh Borough Council (EBC) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and competent multi-utility provider to carry out the required utility design, implementation & asset adoption to support the delivery of 192 residential units, including electricity, potable water, surface & foul water & air-source heating & ground source heating options. We are currently 50% through the determination period for detailed planning permission (F/25/100141) for residential development at Land South East of Kings Copse Avenue, Hedge End. The site is proposed to be developed to provide 192 residential homes with access from Kings Copse Avenue and associated parking and landscaping, with the scheme being part of the Council's housing delivery programme which seeks to meet housing need within the borough. The council is proposing a mixture of housing and apartment blocks, with mixed tenures.
