000870-2026The British Consulate Bali is seeking suitably trained and experienced security service personnel, one (1) guard on rotation at site on a 24-hour basis, to control access and prevent unauthorised access to the site and perform other security related tasks as specified below or as instructed by Corporate Services Bali/CSM Jakarta/RSA including the provision of an emergency fire mitigation. The daily supervision of the guard force will be the responsibility of the Contractor (Supervisor) who is to report to the Corporate Services Bali. The lease agreement for the UKB property is expected to remain in effect for approximately two (2) years (1 December 2024 – 30 November 2027). To align security provision with the property’s occupancy and ensure continuity of service, the security contract has been drafted for an initial two-year term, with an option for a one-year extension should the property lease also be extended. This approach provides flexibility to accommodate operational requirements and mitigate potential risks related to changes in lease duration.
