086922-2026The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust has awarded a contract for the provision of Building Energy Management System BEMS consultancy services. The services will support the Authority’s management and development of its building energy management systems in accordance with the specification and the Supplier’s tender response. The initial contract term is three years, with the option to extend for two further periods of 12 months, giving a maximum total term of five years. The indicative maximum contract value is £242,055 excluding VAT. This value is not a guaranteed level of expenditure or an annual fee.
