058964-2026Mae Adnodd yn un o gyrff hyd braich Llywodraeth Cymru, ac mae’i gylch gwaith cyfredol yn para tan 2026. Rydyn ni’n arwain ac yn cydlynu’r gwaith o ddarparu adnoddau addysgol yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg i ysbrydoli addysgu a dysgu’r Cwricwlwm i Gymru, a’r rheini’n adnoddau y gellir eu haddasu ac sy’n hawdd eu defnyddio. Ein gweledigaeth ni yw bod gan ein holl ymarferwyr a dysgwyr, beth bynnag fo’u cefndir, yr hawl i gael adnoddau addysgol o ansawdd da, a’r rheini’n tanio’u dychymyg, yn hybu eu lles, ac yn ysgogi cariad gydol oes at ddysgu. Yn unol â’n llythyr cylch gwaith, rhaid i Adnodd sicrhau bod adnoddau perthnasol ac amserol, ynghyd â deunyddiau ategol, ar gael yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg, ar yr un pryd, i gefnogi’r Cwricwlwm i Gymru a’i gymwysterau. I sicrhau ein bod ni’n adlewyrchu ac yn diwallu anghenion y sector addysg a rhanddeiliaid allweddol; yn sicrhau gwerth am arian; ac yn gwneud y defnydd gorau o’r arbenigedd, yr wybodaeth a’r sgiliau sydd ar gael yng Nghymru, a’r tu hwnt, rydyn ni’n awyddus i greu Fframwaith agored a hwnnw’n cynnwys cyflenwyr; crewyr cynnwys creadigol; darparwyr yn y maes ymchwil, data a gwerthuso; ac ymgynghorwyr o’r sector addysg a’r tu hwnt. Bydd Adnodd yn defnyddio’r cytundeb fframwaith hwn i gaffael nwyddau a gwasanaethau, ac yn benodol i gomisiynu adnoddau addysgol; cynnwys creadigol; prosiectau ymchwil, gwerthuso a data; a gwasanaethau ymgynghori, a hynny’n unol â’r telerau ac amodau ar gyfer caffael yn ôl y gofyn. Cyfnod y fframwaith ar gyfer Caffael Adnoddau Addysgol Cymraeg a Dwyieithog, Gwasanaethau Ymgynghori, a Gwasanaethau Cymorth yw rhwng 01 Mehefin 2026 a 31 Mawrth 2030, gydag opsiwn i ymestyn am hyd at 48 mis arall. Dylai cyflenwyr fod yn ymwybodol o’r budd o fod ar y fframwaith, sef y bydd hynny’n hwyluso’r gallu i achub ar gyfleoedd gwaith, ond nid oes sicrwydd o waith o dan y trefniant hwn chwaith. Adnodd is an Arm’s Length Body of the Welsh Government with a current remit to 2026. We lead and coordinate the work of providing adaptable and user-friendly educational resources in both Welsh and English to inspire the teaching and learning of the Curriculum for Wales. Our vision is that all our practitioners and learners, whatever their background, have the right to high quality educational resources that will spark their imagination, support their well-being, and encourage a lifelong love of learning. In line with our remit letter Adnodd must ensure that relevant, timely resources and supporting materials are available in Welsh or bilingually in both Welsh and English, at the same time, to support the Curriculum for Wales and its qualifications. To ensure that we reflect and meet the needs of the education sector and key stakeholders; ensure value for money; and make the best use of the expertise, knowledge and skills available in Wales, and beyond, we want to establish an open Framework of suppliers; creative content creators; research, data and evaluation providers; and consultants from the education sector and beyond. Adnodd will utilise the framework agreement for the procurement of goods and services, specifically to commission educational resources; creative content; research, evaluation and data projects; and consultancy services in line with the call off terms and conditions. The framework period for the Procurement of Welsh-medium and Bilingual Educational Resources, Educational Consultancy, and Support Services is from 01 June 2026 to 31 March 2030 with an option to extend for up to a further 48 months. Suppliers should note that the benefit of being on the framework is to have easy and efficient access to opportunities for work, but there is no guarantee of work under this arrangement.
