007513-2026This commission covers the full structural Building Safety Casework for four high-rise residential buildings. The appointed consultant will undertake a complete structural assessment for each building, including a desktop review of historic and as-built information, non-intrusive visual surveys, specification and supervision of intrusive investigations, and interpretation of all test results. Each building requires a standalone Building Safety Case structural assessment, including a Structural Risk Assessment, Structural Care Plan, and a schedule of recommended remedial works with indicative costs. The consultant will also provide all structural inputs for the Building Safety Case report, liaise with the Building Regulator, and respond to RFIs. Deliverables include: desktop review summaries, factual survey reports, intrusive investigation scopes, intrusive test reports, structural risk assessments, care plans, and maintenance/monitoring recommendations. Fee proposals must show separate pricing per building and include all survey stages, reporting, meetings, and disbursements. Please refer to detail attached scope.
