050523-2026Ceredigion County Council is awarding to a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to lead the development and establishment of a county-wide grassroots and strategic local food partnership. This partnership will engage stakeholders across the public, private, and voluntary sectors to strengthen collaboration, support sustainable food systems, and drive coordinated local action. The appointed organisation will undertake a facilitation role, working closely with partners to design, develop, and implement the partnership. This will include overseeing its operation alongside delivering a structured programme of activities to support its growth, engagement, and long-term sustainability. The contract will be awarded for an initial period of two years, subject to the availability of funding, and will include a break clause at the end of the first year. Mae Cyngor Sir Ceredigion yn dyfarnu i sefydliad cymwys a phrofiadol addas i arwain datblygiad a sefydlu partneriaeth fwyd leol strategol a llawr gwlad ledled y sir. Bydd y bartneriaeth hon yn ymgysylltu â rhanddeiliaid ar draws y sectorau cyhoeddus, preifat a gwirfoddol i gryfhau cydweithio, cefnogi systemau bwyd cynaliadwy, a gyrru gweithredu lleol cydlynol. Bydd y sefydliad a benodir yn ymgymryd â rôl hwyluso, gan weithio'n agos gyda phartneriaid i ddylunio, datblygu a gweithredu'r bartneriaeth. Bydd hyn yn cynnwys goruchwylio ei gweithrediad ochr yn ochr â chyflwyno rhaglen strwythuredig o weithgareddau i gefnogi ei thwf, ei ymgysylltiad, a'i gynaliadwyedd hirdymor. Dyfernir y contract am gyfnod cychwynnol o ddwy flynedd, yn amodol ar argaeledd cyllid, a bydd yn cynnwys cymal torri ar ddiwedd y flwyddyn gyntaf.
