036031-2026The Trust is progressing the development of an Integrated Front Door, bringing together key urgent and emergency care services into a single, coordinated model of care. To support this programme, the Trust requires specialist Healthcare Planning expertise to develop the full clinical, operational, and spatial brief for the Integrated Front Door. This includes: • Comprehensive clinical and operational engagement • Demand and capacity modelling to inform future service requirements • Development of the Schedule of Accommodation • Flow modelling and interface testing across pathways and departments • Phased operational continuity planning • Preparation of PPDD documentation • Support during handover into design development A critical element of this commission is ensuring that the Emergency Department remains fully operational throughout the phased redevelopment, requiring detailed planning to maintain service continuity and minimise disruption during construction. Te trust conducted a pricing exercise with 3 suppliers, Archus Ltd submitted the lowest total fee and the lowest average day rate.
