Newid i'r gofynion technolegol, busnes neu weithredol yn arwain at: ofynion TG ychwanegol newid i’r gwasanaethau TG presennol ddileu gwasanaethau TG Nid oes unrhyw amgylchiadau sy’n hysbys ar hyn o bryd neu sy’n ragweladwy, ond mae'n bosib gallai hyn godi o fewn oes y contract. The following risks are identified in the Specification (additional documents) in order to allow any additional purchase: 1. The budget allocated to the Welsh Language Commissioner is reduced significantly. The Commissioner would need to assess spending priorities, which could impact the affordability of the contract. There is no current information or evidence to suggest that a reduction in the budget is likely. 2. Risk that technological, business, or operational requirements have a consequential change to the way IT services are delivered. Changes to technological, business, or operational requirement result in: additional IT requirements change to existing IT services cessation of IT services There are no currently known or foreseeable, circumstances, but it is possible that this could arise during the term of the contract.
Lle bo'r Comisiynydd yn pennu bod perfformiad y contract yn dderbyniol a bod y Comisiynydd am ymestyn yn unol â'r gallu i ymestyn. Gellir ymestyn y contract am gyfnod byrrach na'r terfyn ar gyfer ymestyn, ac am gyfnodau lluosog hyd at 30/11/2031. Where the Commissioner determines that the performance of the contract is acceptable and that the Comiisioner wished to extend in accordance with the ability to extend. The contract can be extended for a shorter period than the limit for extension, and for multiple periods up to 30/11/2031.
