051815-2026The Authority requires the provision of comprehensive pest control services across Thornton and Leyland site. The scope of services includes the identification, treatment, and ongoing monitoring of pests such as rodents, insects, and other relevant species. Services must be delivered in accordance with industry best practice, relevant UK legislation, and health and safety requirements. The supplier will be responsible for: -Scheduled routine inspections at agreed intervals -Reactive call‑outs for urgent pest issues -Safe application of approved pest control treatments -Provision of treatment reports, monitoring data, and recommendations -Supply of all necessary materials, equipment, and labour to deliver the service The contract value is based on the required inspection frequency, anticipated reactive services, and associated materials. A multiple‑quote exercise was conducted with three pre‑selected suppliers. Quotes were evaluated on price and ability to meet the service requirements. Following a competitive price assessment, Assured Environmental was selected for award.
