059079-2026Quotes were invited by the Council from Service Providers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for Play Activity for Children (the "Services"). The Council is seeking to appoint a Service Provider who is able to meet appropriate specifications and requirements as set out in the quotation documents and provide a high quality service. This procurement is informed by the Kirklees Short Breaks Needs Assessment and reflects the Council's commitment to enabling disabled children and young people to live full, active and positive lives within their communities. The Council seeks to commission inclusive, outcome focused play activity that recognises children and young people as individuals with strengths, interests, abilities and aspirations. The service is designed to remove barriers to participation, rather than to emphasise perceived deficits. There are 2 Lots available, each with a maximum budget per year. • Lot 1 - North Kirklees Based Activity • Lot 2 - South Kirklees Based Activity
