An assessment of current need, outline proposals and set out the basis of a level of future investment, outlined in the Medium term Financial Plan was highlighted. Tenders were sought from a list of five local SME companies to undertake the refurbishment of 231 Darlington Lane to ensure suitability as an edge of care residential setting. This was based on a detailed design completed by SBC design services.
